Workforce Development & Building a Career in HVAC

11:30am - 12:30pm

This is a MUST ATTEND event for any student interested in pursuing a career in the heating and air conditioning industry. For those instructors who wish to give their students class credit for attending the Career Development Seminar, IHACI will be issuing a Certificate of Attendance to all participants as they leave the seminar. This is a great opportunity for students to “preview” a career in HVAC and we encourage their attendance.

VAN SAFETY: CRITICAL CONSIDERATION

4:00pm - 5:00pm

This course will cover the considerations a company should make when upfitting a van.
It will include how a company’s approach to upfitting a van can impact risk management,   employee retention, and the bottom line. The considerations presented will be reinforced through the case scenarios of accidents and near misses in the vocational work environment.
