Larry Waters


Larry Waters is the founder of Electrify My Home, a first-of-its-kind electrification company specializing in residential electrification projects and workforce training. Larry has over 40 years HVAC trade experience in service, installation, sales, and management with a specialization in home performance. Beginning in 2014, Larry’s focus shifted to replacing gas furnaces with high-efficiency heat pumps and in that time has designed and installed over 1000 systems. Larry is NATE and BPI-certified and serves on multiple boards and committees focused on propelling the movement to Electrify Efficiently.
Michael Borchard
Michael Borchard with A-Gas--supports the HVACR industry by partnering with contractors and other businesses to streamline their refrigerant recovery processes. Through A-Gas Rapid Recovery and Rapid Exchange, Michael helps his customers by giving them access to A-Gas’ refrigerant buyback program. Michael received the 2023 Leadership Award at A-Gas for his work supporting industry stakeholders to participate in the circular economy, utilize lifecycle refrigerant management practices, and build a more sustainable future for their businesses and the environment. Michael is known for his engaging presentation style and ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies for professionals at all levels.


David Bolaños


David Bolaños, Director of Marketing & Product Management for Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, is an accomplished business leader with 20+ years of success in sales, marketing, and customer excellence in the refrigeration industry. He is also a subject matter expert of EPA's Technology Transition regulation and passionate about refrigeration. He is proud to represent Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, where customers are true partners, shaping our culture and guiding everything we do. We are committed to helping our clients and industry navigate regulatory changes with confidence, making the transition safe, seamless, and successful.
Victoria Garcia Massimo
Having earned a B.S. in Product Engineering, Victoria Garcia has held positions in the HVAC sector as a Project Engineer and Operations Manager, functioning on many levels of sales and business relations with the main players. After representing the ASHRAE Miami Chapter as the president until 2021, currently she holds the Research Promotion Chair position in the same organization. Garcia continues her ventures at Airzone North America as the Operations Manager in the integrated HVAC control and zoning niche market.
As part of her strategic vision for launching this decades-old Spanish HVAC control company into the U.S. market, Massimo recognized early that there was enormous untapped potential for the custom integration industry to incorporate HVAC systems into home automation, to capitalize on already efficient Inverter HVAC units by adding further savings through zone controls, energy rebate programs, and more. She has been instrumental in forging partnerships between Airzone, HVAC manufcaturers like Daikin, LG & 100+ more partners, energy efficiency programs such as openADR and rebates like MassSave, and home automation platforms, including Crestron, Lutron, Control4, Elan, and Savant. She has also led the way for Airzone to launch official integrations with popular smart thermostats from Nest, ecobee, and Honeywell Home.


Daniel Carillo

Daniel Carillo is an experienced Technical Trainer at Airzone North America, after navigating the HVAC industry for 10+ years. Paving his path as a contractor in Fort Worth, TX, Danny moved up as a technician, and after many certifications and years of hands-on experience, he became the lead service manager and sales trainer for Airzone. Daniel is passionate about providing clients with supreme customer service, and he is extremely driven and excited in his efforts to educate the industry on Airzone´s unique technologies and capabilities. Among his recognitions, Daniel is most proud of his Top 40 under Forty award for exemplary service for the HVAC Industry.
